Pistachio Salmon with Maple Butter Tips

The Pistachio Salmon with Maple Butter Recipe
Ingredients

Ingredients:
- 2 Salmon Fillets, Skinless
- 1/4 Cup Pistachios, Shelled and Roughly Chopped
- 1 Tbsp Olive Oil
- 1 Tsp Garlic Powder
- 1 Tsp Maple Syrup
- 2 Tbsp Unsalted Butter, Melted
- Salt To Taste
Instructions
Drizzle both sides of the salmon fillets with Olive Oil and then season with salt and garlic powder.
Gently In a small bowl, mix together the chopped pistachios, garlic powder, salt, and pepper.
Heat up a frying pan
Place the salmon fillets skin-side down in the pan and cook for 3-4 minutes, or until the skin is crispy.
Flip the salmon fillets over and top each fillet with a generous amount of the pistachio mixture, pressing it down gently to adhere.
Cook the salmon for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the fish is cooked through and the pistachio crust is golden brown.
While the salmon is cooking, prepare the maple butter by whisking together the melted butter and maple syrup in a small bowl.
Once the salmon is cooked, remove it from the pan and let it rest for a minute or two.
Drizzle the maple butter over the salmon fillets and sprinkle with a little salt to taste.
